Shipping

Shipping is free in the United States. Orders are sent from our supplier's warehouse, and you get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

30-day returns

Changed your mind, or your pet just isn't into it? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Email support@quirkypaw.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Once the item reaches us we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If something arrives broken or wrong, send us a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't need to send it back.

Customers in the EU

You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day policy above includes and extends that right. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email (you can use the model form below). We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your request; we may wait until the goods are back or you have shown proof of sending them.

Model withdrawal form: To QuirkyPaw, support@quirkypaw.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [item], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name, address, date (and signature if on paper).
