What we collect and why

• Order details (name, shipping address, email, phone): to deliver your order, send order and tracking emails, and handle returns. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
• Payment: processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status, not your card number.
• Where you came from (e.g. which video link you clicked): stored with your order, to know which content works. No tracking cookies or ad pixels are used on this site.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to fulfil your order: Stripe (payments), our fulfilment supplier CJ Dropshipping (to pack and ship your order), Resend (sending emails) and Cloudflare (hosting). Some of them process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 10 years), then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing support@quirkypaw.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
